Anne Marie Frohock

Anne Marie Frohock BSc(Hons) PGDip RD is Lead Paediatric Diabetes Dietitian with the Oxfordshire Children’s Diabetes team. She has been working as a specialist diabetes dietitian since 2014 and is passionate about empowering all children and young people living with T1D to live life to their fullest potential. She has a special interest in sports nutrition and has established the Oxford Specialist Diabetes Sports Clinic. Organising an annual T1D Sports Day and (with the diabetes team in Oxford) residential activity weekends for youngsters with T1D she sees how valuable peer support is in living with T1D. Anne Marie has completed research and often speaks at meetings and conferences for healthcare professionals sharing knowledge and best practice in diabetes care. In 2019 she volunteered in Costa Rica providing education for diabetes healthcare teams and at a residential camp for 5 to 21 year olds with diabetes.”
